The house is distributed over three floors:
- Main Floor: Living room with two rooms with fireplace and views, living room, kitchen with laundry room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
- Upper Floor: Two bedrooms, a bathroom, office with fireplace and views of the Madrid mountains, and a games room with pre-installation to convert it into bedrooms and bathrooms.
- Ground Floor: Service bedroom with bathroom, gym, storage room, pantry and utility room. The garage has capacity for two cars and up to five more can be parked in two exterior pergolas.
The garden, very well cared for, is divided into three fully usable flat levels. It includes a swimming pool and a paddle tennis court that require renovation due to disuse, as well as an underground construction in the pool area with enough space to develop an apartment, gym or other facilities according to needs.
The house has photovoltaic panels of excellent quality and recent installation (year and a half old) that completely cover its energy demand, generating surpluses that can be used in other homes (8.8 kWh, 10,000 kWh annually). Heating and hot water run on gas, although there is the possibility of switching to electricity, since the home has the installation of electric accumulators.
