The house, with 404 m2 built on a plot of almost 2,000 m2, has 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
The first thing that catches your attention as soon as you enter the main floor is the light that comes in from everywhere, thanks to the northeast orientation of the property. The entrance hall leads us to a beautiful patio that serves as a distributor and has a skylight through which sunlight filters in during the day and through which you can contemplate the starry sky at night. The skylight has an awning to avoid the heat during the summer months.
The rest of the rooms on the floor pivot around the patio. To the left, we find a very good-sized living room with a fireplace. It communicates with the kitchen, which is modern and functional and has access to a beautiful porch with a built-in barbecue and wood oven. In front is the master bedroom, with a dressing room and bathroom with Jacuzzi. To the right are the rest of the bedrooms on this level. One has an en-suite bathroom, while the other two share another bathroom. An office (which can be converted into another bedroom if necessary) and a guest toilet complete the spaces on this floor.
From the entrance hall you can access the semi-basement floor, which includes two more bedrooms (which can be used as service quarters or for guests), a bathroom, laundry room, gym and garage for one vehicle (you can park at least three more in an area specifically set up in the garden).
The garden is very consolidated, and displays, in addition to the giant sequoia, a large number of stone pines, fruit trees and ornamental plants. The pool area has a beach bar with a refrigerator, sink and bar counter.
All windows are double glazed and large. The rooms have air conditioning splits. Heating is natural gas through radiators.
As the chalet is located in the upper part of the urbanization, it enjoys excellent panoramic views of Madrid and natural reserves such as Viñuelas, the upper basin of the Manzanares River, Dehesa Boyal or El Pardo.
