The house, built in 1986 and totally reformed in 2008, consists of two floors and a semi-basement (first floor 97m2, ground floor 146,7 m2 and semi-basement 53,6 m2) and is located on a plot of 1.805 m2. The building only occupies 16% of the surface area, so it can be extended without problems, given that the ground floor only occupies 8% and in this type of plot the permitted buildable area is 15% on the ground floor, always respecting the boundaries and without the upper floors taking away from the buildable area. The semi-basement does not compute buildability.
It has a common entrance hall, two living rooms with fireplace, two kitchens (both with access to the garden), two offices, two terraces, a bedroom with dressing room, four more bedrooms and four bathrooms, as well as a boiler room and storage room. All the rooms have large windows that make natural light an integral part of the house.
The south-facing garden is divided into a lawn area and a wooded area with well-established trees. The street façade is 24 metres long, with two vehicle gates at either end, each opening onto a covered parking space. In the centre of the façade is the access door to the house, which is accessed via an entrance ramp.
The flat roof is ideal for the installation of solar panels without them being visible from the street. The property has water from the Canal de Isabel II for domestic consumption and water from the internal network for irrigation. The heating is natural gas by radiators.
