The house has four bedrooms and its distribution is as follows:
- On the main floor, a cozy entrance hall leads us to a good-sized living room that has access to a beautiful covered porch, which can be used both in winter and summer. The kitchen has a peninsula and an office, as well as access to the garden. On this floor, there is also a room that can be used as an office or as a guest room and a bathroom.
- The second floor houses the family bedrooms. The main bedroom has a dressing room and en suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom.
- The basement has a large multipurpose space that can be used as a family room, playroom, or gym. It also includes all the maintenance rooms: laundry room, boiler room, garage, and maid's room with an en suite bathroom.
The air conditioning is provided by underfloor heating with an oil boiler, although it can be connected to city gas if desired. Both the living room and the multipurpose space in the basement and the bedrooms upstairs have air conditioning by splits.

There is also the possibility of opening an attic of about 120 m2, which could be used to build new rooms, if necessary.
